Reporting (Preview)
Reporting is an essential part of IT infrastructure documentation, enabling the presentation of aggregated information. Docusnap365 allows for the targeted extraction of information from extensive data sources for efficient report creation. After setting up a data source, reports can be generated for analysis and other applications. Start guide for reporting.
Data Sources (Preview)
Docusnap365 introduces “Data Sources” as central interfaces for extracting, transforming, and storing data. These are designed for both report creation and REST-API usage. Selective data analysis helps to improve performance and minimize resource consumption during analyses. Quick start guide for data sources.
Offline Hosts
In the inventory of Windows systems based on Active Directory, systems that could not be inventoried were previously not considered. With the new release, offline hosts are now classified as their own object type in the inventory and “Systems” segment. If an offline system is fully read later, it is upgraded to a full-fledged Windows system.
Dependencies
Dependencies, extensively tested during the preview phase, are now fully functional. Stored dependencies are displayed in the analysis section after saving. Details can be read here.
Other New Features and Improvements
- The help center, accessible via the “Life Ring Button” in the lower right area of Docusnap365, contains a section for news.
- Responsive optimizations of the interface have been performed.
