Boards

Newly introduced Boards provide a quick overview of key IT areas, simplifying analysis, planning, and operations:

• Systems – quick overview of the status of all operating systems
• Data Quality – assessment of the completeness and up-to-dateness of your inventory data
• Security & Compliance – detection of security-relevant settings and risks
• Hardware – overview of the equipment and modernity of your IT hardware

Dashboards

With the new Dashboards you can flexibly combine over 30 widgets to create your personal IT overview.
In addition to a predefined standard dashboard, individual dashboards can be easily created, customized, and expanded at any time.

New Interface

The user interface has been thoroughly modernized and now offers significantly more space – both vertically and overall.
The result: a clearer presentation, more comfortable navigation, and a fresh, modern design.

Data Comparison

The new Data Comparison feature makes changes to objects transparent.
Every automatic or manual change is stored as a new version in the backend, so you can trace changes over time at any moment.
Ideal for error analysis, change management, and audits to determine, for example, which configurations have changed since the last known error-free state.

Meraki Inventory

Docusnap365 now supports the inventory of Cisco Meraki environments.
Switches are captured in the hardware and network areas and included in the topology visualization.

Permissions Analysis

The Permissions Analysis has been enhanced with diagrams of permission origins and a visualization of group structures.
This makes it easier to analyze complex permission chains and understand the origin of rights.

Windows & Linux Inventory

• UEFI information is now automatically captured in both Windows and Linux inventories.
• In the Windows inventory, BIOS and UEFI certificates are also documented.
• Optionally, the Trusted Certificates can be inventoried as a separate component to provide a complete overview of all trusted certificates.

NTFS Wizard

The NTFS Wizard now offers the ability to search for shares on target systems to identify and analyze file shares more quickly.

Microsoft 365 – Intune

The Microsoft 365 inventory has been extended to include Intune, now providing information on managed devices and configurations.

Network & Topology Optimizations

The display of networks, topology, and routing plans has been thoroughly revised and optimized.
Result: noticeably better performance and a clearer visualization of complex network structures.

Demo Environment with Sample Data

A preconfigured environment with sample data is now available for demos, allowing new users to experience the full functionality of Docusnap365 right away.
