    New Features and Improvements

    Revised Column Options

    The dialog box for column selection has been divided into two areas to facilitate navigation and personalization of the columns. One area lists all available columns, the other shows the currently selected columns.

    • Moving columns between areas is enabled via drag-and-drop or buttons.
    • The order of the displayed columns can be adjusted using drag-and-drop.

    Different Icon for Enabled Global Filter

    To enhance the user experience, a visual change was made to facilitate the use of the global filter. A new icon has been added that appears when the global filter is enabled. This allows immediate recognition of the filter status and improves the clarity and intuitiveness of the user interface.

    Profile and Configuration

    The previous “Organisation” section has been divided into “Profile” and “Configuration”. This change improves the management of personal and system-wide settings.

    • In the “Profile” area, personal settings can be adjusted to adapt Docusnap365 to individual needs.
    • The “Configuration” area is used to change system-wide configurations such as basic data, Docusnap Enterprise Gateways, Vault, etc.

    Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

    The security standard of the application has been raised by providing enhanced multi-factor authentication methods. This increases account security and better protects data from unauthorized access.

    • Authenticator apps, email, and SMS are available as multi-factor authentication methods.

    The use of multi-factor authentication to improve account security is recommended.

    Microsoft SQL Server Discovery

    To improve flexibility in the inventory of SQL servers, support for SQL authentication has been added.

    In addition to the existing integrated Windows authentication, Docusnap365 now also supports SQL authentication. This change allows broader compatibility with various server environments and provides more login options.

    Windows Discovery: Bitlocker Recovery Key

    Docusnap365 can now read Bitlocker recovery keys.

    Bug Fixes and Background Improvements

    Various bug fixes and improvements have been made to enhance the overall user experience and performance. Feedback and suggestions for product improvement are always welcome.
