Marketplace: Manage and Distribute Content Centrally

The Docusnap365 Marketplace is the central platform for easily accessing, updating, or removing content such as standard reports, data sources, and customization templates.

The Marketplace is designed for both existing customers and new installations, ensuring a unified, versioned, and maintainable distribution of standard content.

Overview: Marketplace Content

The Marketplace is divided into several sections:

  • Reports
    Predefined standard reports for common evaluations — ready to use. Examples:

    • Windows Operating System
    • Installed Software
    • IP Address Overview
    • Hardware
    • Software Categories
  • Data Sources (coming soon)
    Predefined data models to simplify the creation of custom evaluations.

  • Customization Templates (coming soon)
    Central templates for layouts, icons, and themes to standardize the interface.

  • News & Updates
    Overview of new content and available updates for existing packages.

How the Marketplace Works

The Marketplace can be accessed via the Configuration > Marketplace menu or directly via the shopping cart icon in the header.

All content supports the same set of actions:

  • View
    Shows a preview with description, version, modification date, and type.

  • Install
    Automatically adds the content (e.g., report) to your environment.

  • Uninstall
    Cleanly removes the content — including related definitions.

  • More
    Opens detailed information with changelog, versioning, and technical notes.

Standard Reports: Automatic or Manual Access

  • For New Tenants / Installations
    Standard reports are installed automatically and available immediately.

  • For Existing Customers
    Standard reports can be manually installed via the Marketplace. A notification will appear when relevant content is available.

  • Managing Updates
    Once a report is updated, it appears in the Updates section with appropriate actions.
    → Existing versions can be updated or replaced as needed.
