Prerequisites
The following system requirements are defined for the installation of the Docusnap Enterprise Gateway:
- 2 CPU cores
- 4 GB memory
- .NET 4.8 Framework
- 20 GB free space on the system partition
Installation
The Docusnap Enterprise Gateway (DEG) is available for download from the main page of the Docusnap365 web application. After downloading the Docusnap Enterprise Gateway setup file to the target system, the installation can be started. The actual installation is kept very simple and requires only a few steps.
NPCAP is a driver that enables hardware-near access to the network card. This makes it possible to analyze network traffic and thus gather valuable information about the IT infrastructure. PCAP makes it easier for us to identify the system and thus enables more accurate determination of a system. It is recommended to install PCAP.
