Introduction

When registering the Docusnap Enterprise Gateway, two use cases must be distinguished:

• There is one Docusnap365 contract (subscription).
• There are multiple Docusnap365 contracts (subscriptions).

One Docusnap365 contract

When opening the Docusnap Enterprise Gateway application, the default browser opens with the login page for Docusnap365. Once the login is complete, the Docusnap Enterprise Gateway is launched and the registration process is performed automatically. The process may take a few seconds to complete. During registration, the Docusnap Enterprise Gateway is paired with the isolated Docusnap365 infrastructure. When the Docusnap Enterprise Gateway is successfully connected, it should be listed as “Active” on the main Docusnap365 dashboard.

Multiple Docusnap365 contracts

If multiple Docusnap365 contracts are available, decide for which Docusnap365 contract to register the Docusnap Enterprise Gateway. After registration is complete, the Docusnap Enterprise Gateway is started but not registered. In the “Registration” area in the Contract selection field, all available Docusnap365 contracts are listed. After selecting the desired Docusnap365 contract, registration can be performed. When the Docusnap Enterprise Gateway is successfully connected, it should be listed as “Active” on the main dashboard of the selected contract.
