    Using Docusnap365

    Introduction

Getting started with Docusnap365 is done through a fully browser-based and easy-to-use web application. This represents the ‘Center’ for working with Docusnap365. With an appealing design, consistent navigation concepts and excellent performance, it contributes significantly to a positive user experience.

    Workspaces

The Docusnap365 web application is divided into three areas:

    • Navigation menu
    • Header area
    • Content area

Getting to the desired information or action with as few clicks as possible is the main goal of navigation in Docusnap365. This is achieved with a two-level navigation concept. The first level is divided into the menu items Discovery, Discovery, Business and Documentation.

In the “Discovery” area all wizards for the automatable discovery are accessible. In addition to the information and actions for “interactive jobs” and “scheduled jobs”, the IP hosts from the IP host discovery are also listed here.
