How to use pre-installed reports in Docusnap365 with just a few clicks.

Using Standard Reports

Docusnap365 provides a selection of ready-to-use standard reports — for example, on installed software, operating systems, IP addresses, or shares.
These reports enable common evaluations — without having to create your own reports.

You can find the reports under:

  • Reports > Reporting
  • or in the Marketplace, under the Reports section

How to Use Standard Reports

  1. Navigate to Reports > Reporting
  2. Select the desired report (e.g., Installed Software)
  3. Click View to open a live preview
  4. Optionally: Export the report as a PDF or Word document
  5. If desired, you can clone the report and use it as a basis for your own customizations

Note: The report is only displayed correctly if the underlying data source has already been processed.

Notes

  • Standard reports cannot be edited directly
  • For customizations, use the “Clone Report” function
  • New reports automatically appear under the What’s New tab in the Marketplace
  • Updates to already installed reports are listed under Updates
